Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Stephen developed an interest in film and visual effects at a young age. He started out making LEGO stop motion animations using his family's webcam. He earned his bachelor's degree in Film Production at the University of Southern California before working several years on James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water. Stephen currently lives in the Los Angeles area and works as a freelance visual effects supervisor and artist."
